Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. ZaboMart processes orders on business days. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your ZaboMart order. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Final sale items (clearance, gift cards) are non-refundable. To start a return, contact our support team.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

You waive the right to participate in class actions.
